Booking & Cancellation Policy

At VOL.II Salon, we value your time and ours. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.

• Cancellations made withing 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

• All extension services require a non-refundable deposit before the installation appointment to secure and cover the cost of the hair.
